SPECIALIZATION:
Teri specializes in foreclosures, REO’s, commercial and farm & ranch
properties. She is an essential tool to buyers looking for a bank owned property
or seeking to expand their real estate portfolio. She is an expert at understanding
bank strategies for accepting positive terms for a purchaser.
For our sellers, she is the key to assisting them in the process of selling their home when market conditions are slow or unique properties in rural areas. Her market areas include Forney, Kaufman and Terrell.
EXPERIENCE:
Teri will be receiving her Bachelors Degree in August 2006 in law.
She started her real estate career at a nationally recognized firm where she
assisted in gaining accounts with large mortgagers for distressed properties
and provided detailed price opinions and market conditions to determine values.
She has assisted many buyers and sellers in understanding the rewards of working
within the banking system for profitable results.
HOBBIES:
She enjoys frequent get together’s with her family and friends. She also
loves to go fishing.
