For Buyers: Sandra has a productive and strong business relationships with various new home builders. Knowledge of their reputations, promotions, incentives, and how their products differ enhances her ability to provide you with advise to make informed decisions.
Her recent project includes an intensive market search for the ever-growing Forney area. She has obtained an abundance of new home information for the different communities and upcoming businesses.
For Sellers: Sandra's extensive training has allowed her to blossom. She utilizes expansive marketing tools and creativity to keep up with the pace of the changing real estate market.
EXPERIENCE:
Sandra attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University and Leonard Hawes Real
Estate School. She has completed and received her Accredited Buyer Representative
designation (ABR). She previously managed a customer service call center
for a life insurance and annuity company. This enabled her to gain first
hand experience on working with the public by listening, understanding, and
create a needs analysis for her clients. Sandra has taken those skills and
implemented them into her daily practice of working with buyers and sellers.
HOBBIES:
Sandra is very athletic. She enjoys playing softball as well as being
a part of her kids sports. At home, she enjoys baking and has been known for
her creative pies.
