New
Home Rebate
When a Realtor refers a buyer to a new home builder,
the builder typically pays a commission to the Realtor.
Alicia Trevino Realtors simply Rebates $1000 of the commission
back to the buyer. Your Rebate is a portion of the sales
commission earned by Alicia Trevino Realtors, and does
not interfere with any other incentives the builder is
offering new home buyers. Our relationship with leading
homebuilders and the efficiency of the internet allows
us to streamline the real estate sales process and pass
the savings along to you in the form of $1000 Rebate.
Rebate Qualification Guidelines:
Rebates may be applied
to loan closing costs, sales price or upgrades for
your new home. Buyers must be represented by Alicia Trevino

paid on base price or full sales price as per new home
builder's policy. Rebates are only available in Texas
