SPECIALIZATION:
Paul is a seasoned agent with a vast knowledge in many aspects of real estate.
He started his real estate career with the team in 1999, where he was introduced
as the sales representative for a development that featured over 50 luxury
homes sites. After selling out in a period of fourteen months he developed
the skills needed to work with homeowners looking to build a custom home.
Clients appreciated his attention to detail and deadlines when working with
their builder.
For sellers, he presents the marketing systems that will be set forth when listing with our team. He is also a vital resource to homeowners wanting to get the most amount of profit for their home in order to purchase a new one.
EXPERIENCE:
Paul was born in Alaska and raised in Indiana were he attended and graduated
from Ball State University. A career change brought him to Dallas where he
was the area director for a nationally recognized health club chain. During
his years of managing over 200 employees and hundreds of customers, he was
able to get first hand experience in listening to client needs and placing
them in the right program.
Much like real estate, this has allowed him to obtain a vast knowledge of the marketplace, as well as, financing options available for first time buyers, custom home interims, and jumbo loans.
His commitment and dedication have attributed to his continual sales of over 60 homes per year thus making Paul a great asset to our team and our clients.
HOBBIES:
Paul and his wife, Maria Ammerman, are avid runners and may be seen
running around White Rock Lake on weekends. He also enjoys cycling, competing
in duatholons and spending time with baby girl, Dannielle.
