SPECIALIZATION:
I specialize in coaching real estate buyers, sellers, landlord’s tenants and investors through the relevant processes they need to achieve their real estate goals. I am versed in most aspects of residential and commercial real estate from having worked in the industry on multiple sides of real estate transactions.
EXPERIENCE:
My real estate experience is extensive as I have been in and around the real estate market for almost two decades. I have held roles in the industry from a loan closer in a national lenders office to a paralegal closing over sixty loans simultaneously and up to eight simultaneous purchases of property for development of large shopping centers and the buying and selling of regional malls. I have become a Realtor after many years of working as a lead real estate paralegal in a law firm supporting multiple real estate attorneys.
HOBBIES:
My hobbies are essentially any opportunity to create something with food, and inspiring my children to pursue their gifts and purpose in life. I enjoy writing encouraging material, reading motivational material as well as alternative health materials, travelling, and participating in the lives of my three wonderful children.
