SPECIALIZATION:
Assisting investors with their real estate portfolios as well as local facilities
that may be of interest for a growing business.
EXPERIENCE:
Isabel was a previous owner of her own business for over 20 years,
where she obtained a vast knowledge of working w/the public one on one. She
started her real estate career in 1997 and joined the team to assist with buyer
controlled sales. In 2001, she represented the local owner of an international
bus line in the purchase of his home which became the highest gross closed
commission sale in the company for that year.
Several years later, she was asked to be the on site sales counselor for a nationally recognized local builder where she was recognized as the top sales counselor for two years in a row. In the meantime, a local custom home builder invited Isabel to be the Sales Manager for his first community where he would be building smaller homes with upgraded features. After selling all the available lots in a fourteen month timeframe, she was ready to pursue her career as the designated broker for the multi-million dollar producing team.
HOBBIES:
She enjoys frequent reading of Historical Novels, occasional gardening, traveling
and cooking for her family.
