Alicia Trevino, President/CEO of Alicia Trevino, Realtors began her career in 1987 with a vision that has transpired into proven success. In the beginning, there were many challenges to overcome for a young rookie faced with an industry of seasoned veterans. Nevertheless, working at higher levels of expectations and servicing clients with unsurpassed attention to every detail would soon be the key to her growth.

By providing exceptional service and reliability to clients, she quickly became recognized and respected in the industry as one of the Top Producing Agents. Continuous awards for sales production and recognitions for “ Best Realtor” by local Magazines were just one of the few accomplishments. However Alicia’s focus was always in making the client happy during and after every sale which lead phenomenal sales production.

Alicia, determined to continue offering specialized service, hired an assistant; Laura Suarez who is now the Operations Manager of the Company and Maria Ammerman, her sister, as her first exclusive Buyers Agent. As production increased, so did the team with a total of 7 members for production levels of $40million in 2003. After enjoying great success with a major real estate chain, Alicia decided to set herself apart from the competition by opening a “boutique” real estate firm in 2004 and keeping the team concept that had demonstrated positive results for buyers & sellers.

In 2005 she successfully completed the construction of a luxury office building with state of the art equipment and optimal functionality by offering a mortgage company and title company on site. Trevino asserts that in real estate, sales associates and administrative support teams are there to advise and assist home sellers & buyers to make transactions as seamless and rewarding as possible. This interesting idea has transpired into a trendsetting comfort to the clients of Alicia Trevino, Realtors, where five staff members and 17 sales associates make up the team of professionals today. The organization is a full service real estate firm that offers maximum marketing for sellers, experienced buyer's specialist, a commercial and bank foreclosure division.

The company has rapidly placed themselves on the map by consistently placing in the top rankings for homes sold, listings taken and overall volume in their market area. Additionally their competitors are national franchises with multiples offices and hundreds of sales associates. With determination and perseverance, her company has also acquired a national REO account and HUD account to market their homes for sale.
