SPECIALIZATION:
Alicia is responsible for negotiating contracts, listing properties, communicating with sellers regarding feedback and market conditions, and networking with buyers and other realtors. She also oversees and reviews the entire marketing program.

EXPERIENCE:
With 15 years of experience her expertise lies in her negotiating and marketing skills. She has put together a team of experts to assist in every aspect of a real estate transaction. With over 300 transactions closed annually, her team has continued to set new standards of professionalism, integrity and reliability for her marketplace. She strives to make each transaction as efficient and hassle-free as possible with positive and rewarding results for everyone.

Her achievements include; voted Best Realtor by “D” Magazine, Recognized as Texas Super Real Estate Agent by Texas Monthly, Voted “Best in Client Satisfaction” by The Fort Worth business Press for 2005. She was recently invited to speak at the NAR Strategic Planning committee and has been displayed as the Realtor of choice for the Realtor Diaries for Realtor Magazine, where they followed her career for a period of six months.

Alicia has created an office of real estate professionals that contribute their success to the team public exposure, industry presence and systematic way of doing business in today’s market.

 

HOBBIES:
She is an avid reader of self-help and motivational books. She enjoys spending time with her children and husband and traveling with friends and family. She is also known for the enjoyment of being pampered at day spas any time she can get away.
