Alma who was raised in the Plano area and has come to familiarize herself with the different neighborhoods. She is familiar with the Garland, Mesquite, Dallas and surrounding areas. With over 15 years experience in real estate, she has assisted many buyers, sellers and investors looking for a professional to assist them with their specific needs. Her commitment to provide unsurpassed service to clients has prospered into many friendships and recognition within the industry
Experience:
With a mortgage background of over seven years with nationally recognized lending firms, Alma has obtained an immeasurable amount of knowledge with loan programs, grant and down payment assistance options for buyers. In an effort to work more closely with her customers during their homebuying process, she began a career in real estate sales. She rapidly became a high producer and affiliate of many local boards for additional development of her business. Some of the associations include, Women’s Council of Realtors, Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors and DFW Rein Investors Group.
Hobbies:
With a son in the military, Alma enjoys visiting him whenever possible. She has a beautiful garden and lots of plants that she takes special care of.
